American Career College has been helping people succeed for over 30 years. Founded in 1978 as American College of Optics, the school became American Career College in 1993, to accommodate an expanding curriculum and growing student population.
American Career College's Dental Assistant Program provides its graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to qualify for an entry-level position as a dental assistant. Graduates may also secure employment in other areas such as pediatric, orthodontic or oral surgery practices, front office/reception, insurance claims specialist, biller, insurance company customer service, dental software, public health facilities, hospital dental departments, correctional facilities, schools/universities, clinics or dental suppliers.
